- Freya Salway is a creative director specialising in arts and advanced technologies. She is currently the Head of the Lab at Google Arts & Culture. There she develops collaborative programs and experiments with artists, cultural institutions, engineers and research scientists, engaging AI and emerging technologies. Recent projects include commissioning the publication 'Autonomous Agents: Artists on Human-Machine Interaction'; an online artist residency with LAS Art Foundation commissioning Artists Xin Liu and Eunjo Lee; the interactive experiment Splash Canvas by David Li; Es Devlin's A National Portrait for the National Portrait Gallery and supporting The Met Museum's first technologist in residence. She is a Trustee of Darbar Culture Heritage and an Ambassador with the Mayor of London's Cultural Leadership Board.
