- Tao-Tao Chang (Tao) is Director for Digital Innovation in the Arts at the British Council. Prior to this, she was Associate Director of Infrastructure and Major Programmes at the Arts and Humanities Research Council, where she built a £390m+ portfolio of new investments that included CoSTAR (Convergent Screen Technologies and performance in Realtime), the UK's national capability for Creative R&D, and RICHeS (Research Infrastructure for Conservation and Heritage Science). She worked variously in academic publishing, film research, the universities and heritage sectors before settling for a career in public administration.
