- Tobias Halloran leads NVIDIA’s Startup business and Inception program for EMEA and India. Previously, he led AI/ML Startups at AWS, EMEA, and has an academic background at the intersection of Philosophy and Computer Science with research positions at Oxford’s HAI lab. He has a keen interest in Art, the humanities and creative industries in Europe.
